Many people want to add their own touch to their dream home, but with a project home builder the extras you pay make it too difficult. This couple came to Bruce Fyffe with a brief that included a 4 car garage, integrated pool, 4 bedrooms and large open living areas flowing out to a large alfresco dining area. The design was given to a number of project builders to compete for the contract. As a result the owners were able to get a unique, ‘one off’ designed home for a project home price.
